No vague promises about "world-class care". Below is precisely what happens at each stage, how long it takes, what it costs, and what you walk away with. If we cannot do something, it is listed at the bottom of this page too.
You send what you have. A case manager reads the whole file — pathology, treatment history, imaging — and we put it in front of the doctors who would actually treat you. The output is not a sales pitch. It is an honest answer about whether China makes sense for your diagnosis, and if it does not, we say so and you have lost nothing.
Licensed doctors practising at top-tier Chinese hospitals review your case and issue a written report. It is yours to keep and to take anywhere — including straight back to the oncologist who is already treating you. A large share of our patients never travel; they use this report to change the conversation at home.
Once you decide to go, we lock the medical side down before you spend anything on flights. The hospital and the specialist are booked, the sequence of appointments is set, and you receive a cost estimate you can hold us to.
Everything between your front door and the hospital admission desk. We issue the medical visa invitation, book flights that fit the treatment calendar rather than the other way round, and find accommodation close enough to the hospital that a daily taxi is not part of your day.
You are never standing in a Chinese hospital corridor trying to work out which window to queue at. A coordinator meets you at the airport and stays reachable for the whole stay. For longer treatments such as CAR-T, that is six to eight weeks of someone else handling the logistics while you get better.
The part most medical travel companies quietly stop doing. Your records go home with you in English, your doctor at home gets a monitoring schedule they can actually follow, and if your insurer wants paperwork, it is ready before you land.
Regardless of which stage you stop at, these are not add-ons and they are not billed separately.
Not a ticket queue. The same person from first email to the day you fly home, reachable on WhatsApp or email, who knows your file without being reminded.
Present at every appointment, not on a phone line. Medical vocabulary is where machine translation fails worst, and this is the last place to risk a misunderstanding.
Reports, imaging summaries, discharge notes and itemised invoices — issued before you leave, so your doctor at home is not left guessing.
These are commitments, not aspirations. If we miss one, tell us.
| Milestone | Commitment | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Acknowledgement of your enquiry | Within 24 hours | Free |
| Case review and written options summary | Within 48 hours of receiving complete records | Free |
| Written medical opinion from licensed doctors | 3 working days | $200 – $500 |

| Final documents pack before you fly home | At discharge | Included |
Every one of these is something a competitor will happily do. That is why we list them.
No diagnosis, no prescription, no treatment. Doctors licensed at the hospital do that. We make it possible, and then we get out of the way.
Not a remission, not a trial place, not a surgical result. We guarantee the process, the timelines on this page, and the price we quoted. Anyone offering more than that is selling you something.
Our fee is for coordination. It does not grow when your treatment gets more expensive, which means we have no reason to steer you towards a costlier plan.
If a hospital paid us to bring you in, our recommendation would be worth nothing. We name three hospitals because that is where the doctors we work with practise, not because they pay us.
Any number produced before a clinician has reviewed your pathology is fiction. We would rather lose the enquiry than hand you a number we cannot stand behind.
Your records are used to assess and arrange your care, stored encrypted, and shared only with the clinicians involved. Not with insurers, not with marketers, not with anyone else.
No commitment, no fee. If China is not the right answer for your case, we will tell you that first.
