Services

Six stages, and the part we refuse to do.

No vague promises about "world-class care". Below is precisely what happens at each stage, how long it takes, what it costs, and what you walk away with. If we cannot do something, it is listed at the bottom of this page too.

Free case review

You send what you have. A case manager reads the whole file — pathology, treatment history, imaging — and we put it in front of the doctors who would actually treat you. The output is not a sales pitch. It is an honest answer about whether China makes sense for your diagnosis, and if it does not, we say so and you have lost nothing.

Every document reviewed, with the gaps listed
30-minute call with your case manager, in your language
Written summary: viable or not, which hospitals fit, rough cost band
A list of any tests still missing, and whether to do them at home or here
02

Second opinion, in writing

Licensed doctors practising at top-tier Chinese hospitals review your case and issue a written report. It is yours to keep and to take anywhere — including straight back to the oncologist who is already treating you. A large share of our patients never travel; they use this report to change the conversation at home.

Diagnosis and pathology confirmed against your slides and reports
Recommended treatment, with the alternatives and why they were set aside
Eligibility for therapies and trials not available in your country
Estimated total cost and a realistic timeline
03

Treatment plan and scheduling

Once you decide to go, we lock the medical side down before you spend anything on flights. The hospital and the specialist are booked, the sequence of appointments is set, and you receive a cost estimate you can hold us to.

Hospital and specialist confirmed, in writing, before you book
Day-by-day treatment calendar, including rest days
Itemised cost estimate covering hospital, our fee and living costs
A named coordinator for the whole episode of care
04

Travel, visa and somewhere to stay

Everything between your front door and the hospital admission desk. We issue the medical visa invitation, book flights that fit the treatment calendar rather than the other way round, and find accommodation close enough to the hospital that a daily taxi is not part of your day.

Medical visa invitation letter, and accompanying-visa support for family
Flights timed around the medical schedule, with rebooking handled
Accommodation near the hospital; halal and dietary needs arranged
Airport transfer both directions
05

On the ground

You are never standing in a Chinese hospital corridor trying to work out which window to queue at. A coordinator meets you at the airport and stays reachable for the whole stay. For longer treatments such as CAR-T, that is six to eight weeks of someone else handling the logistics while you get better.

Met at the airport and taken to your accommodation
Accompanied to every appointment, with a medical interpreter
Admission, payment and pharmacy handled for you
Coordinator reachable 24/7 for the length of your treatment
06

After you fly home

The part most medical travel companies quietly stop doing. Your records go home with you in English, your doctor at home gets a monitoring schedule they can actually follow, and if your insurer wants paperwork, it is ready before you land.

Full medical records, imaging reports and discharge summary in English
Follow-up and monitoring schedule for your doctor at home
Itemised invoices and procedure codes for your insurance claim
Your coordinator still reachable by email after you get back
Always included

Three things you get on every case

Regardless of which stage you stop at, these are not add-ons and they are not billed separately.

One named coordinator

Not a ticket queue. The same person from first email to the day you fly home, reachable on WhatsApp or email, who knows your file without being reminded.

A medical interpreter

Present at every appointment, not on a phone line. Medical vocabulary is where machine translation fails worst, and this is the last place to risk a misunderstanding.

Your records in English

Reports, imaging summaries, discharge notes and itemised invoices — issued before you leave, so your doctor at home is not left guessing.

The limits

What we do not do

Every one of these is something a competitor will happily do. That is why we list them.

We do not practise medicine

No diagnosis, no prescription, no treatment. Doctors licensed at the hospital do that. We make it possible, and then we get out of the way.

We do not guarantee an outcome

Not a remission, not a trial place, not a surgical result. We guarantee the process, the timelines on this page, and the price we quoted. Anyone offering more than that is selling you something.

We do not take a cut of your hospital bill

Our fee is for coordination. It does not grow when your treatment gets more expensive, which means we have no reason to steer you towards a costlier plan.

We do not accept referral fees from hospitals

If a hospital paid us to bring you in, our recommendation would be worth nothing. We name three hospitals because that is where the doctors we work with practise, not because they pay us.

We do not quote a treatment price before a doctor has seen your file

Any number produced before a clinician has reviewed your pathology is fiction. We would rather lose the enquiry than hand you a number we cannot stand behind.

We do not sell your data

Your records are used to assess and arrange your care, stored encrypted, and shared only with the clinicians involved. Not with insurers, not with marketers, not with anyone else.

Send us your reports. We'll tell you what's actually possible.

No commitment, no fee. If China is not the right answer for your case, we will tell you that first.

What to send: diagnosis, most recent pathology report, treatment history, and latest imaging. Reply within 48 hours.
