We publish our own fees. We do not publish hospital prices as fixed numbers, because pretending to know your treatment cost before a doctor has seen your file would be dishonest.
Our fee is for coordination. It does not grow because your hospital bill is larger, which means we have no incentive to steer you towards a more expensive plan.
Hospital invoices come to you directly. Ours are itemised separately so you can tell exactly what you paid us for.
You pay per stage, as each deliverable is produced. If a stage cannot be completed for reasons on our side, that stage is not charged.
Sometimes. It depends entirely on your policy — most domestic health insurance does not cover elective treatment abroad, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can guarantee is the paperwork: itemised invoices in English, procedure codes, medical reports and proof of payment, in the format insurers ask for. See the insurance page →
No commitment, no fee. If China is not the right answer for your case, we will tell you that first.
