US patients usually ask us about specific care options in China or about cost. Here is what the logistics look like from the US.

| Paying | Treatment is self-pay at the hospital. We accept bank transfer and major cards for our own fees, and give you itemised invoices in English for out-of-network claims. |
| Your US doctor | With your permission we coordinate directly with your oncologist — sending the Chinese report and receiving your records. Time zones are our problem, not yours. |
| Language | A medical interpreter is assigned to your case. All documentation you take home is in English. |
| Length of stay | CAR-T: 6–8 weeks. Surgery: 2–4 weeks. We give you dated options before you book. |
Usually not for the treatment itself, and coverage depends entirely on your plan. Call your insurer and ask specifically, in writing. We supply every document they ask for.
Many US patients travel for treatment. Some therapies licensed in China are not FDA-approved; discuss what that means with your US physician before deciding.
This is genuinely complicated and we will not guess at it. We provide the documentation; check current rules before you travel.
We issue English records, a monitoring schedule, and are available to your US doctor by email after you return.
