Moso Health provides medical information and coordination: case review, arranging written medical opinions by licensed doctors, hospital scheduling, travel and visa support, interpretation, on-site accompaniment and aftercare documentation.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine and accept no responsibility for clinical decisions, which rest with the treating physicians. Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide.
Fees are as published on our pricing page. We do not take a percentage of your treatment cost and we do not accept referral fees from hospitals. Hospital treatment is paid by you directly to the hospital, at cost.
Fees are charged per stage, as each deliverable is produced. Where a stage cannot be completed for reasons within our control, that stage is not charged.
The initial case review is free and carries no obligation on either side. We reserve the right to decline a case where we believe we cannot help.
You agree to provide accurate medical information and to tell us about relevant conditions, medications and prior treatment. Withholding information can change the advice you receive.
Because each stage is charged on delivery, cancelling before the next stage begins incurs no further fee. Travel and accommodation bookings are subject to the terms of those suppliers.
These terms are governed by the law stated in your service agreement, which is provided before any payment is taken.
