Your case manager, the licensed doctors reviewing your case, and where you proceed, the clinical team treating you. Nobody else. We do not share records with third parties for their own purposes.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people handling your case. Records are retained only as long as needed for your care and for the legal period that follows, then deleted.
You can ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, and ask us to delete your records — subject to any period we are legally required to keep medical documentation.
Your data will be transferred to China, because that is where the treating clinicians are. We apply the same handling standards regardless of where the data sits, aligning with HIPAA, GDPR and China's PIPL.
