Moso Health is a medical concierge service operated by Silver Roc Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. Silver Roc Pte. Ltd. is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
Contact details you give us, and the medical records you choose to send for assessment. We do not scrape, buy or infer data from anywhere else.
Solely to assess your case, arrange care, and produce the documentation you need afterwards. We do not sell data, and we do not use medical records for marketing.
Your case manager, the licensed doctors reviewing your case, and where you proceed, the clinical team treating you. Nobody else. We do not share records with third parties for their own purposes.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people handling your case. Records are retained only as long as needed for your care and for the legal period that follows, then deleted.
You can ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, and ask us to delete your records — subject to any period we are legally required to keep medical documentation.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and campaigns bring people to us. It is configured so that Google receives the page address and title (with anything other than campaign tags removed from the address), the technical details any analytics tool sees such as browser, device and approximate region, and, when an enquiry is sent, only the fact that it was sent and from which form. Google never receives your name, email, phone, country, the kind of help you asked for, or anything you type into a form. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not install Meta (Facebook) or other advertising pixels. You can turn analytics off at any time with the switch at the bottom of every page:
When you arrive, your browser notes which campaign link or website sent you and which page you landed on. If you send an enquiry, that note travels with it to our own server so we can tell which channels work. It is never passed to Google, Meta or anyone else.
Your data will be transferred to China, because that is where the treating clinicians are. We apply the same handling standards wherever the data sits, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and, in China, the PIPL.
